HY605 is a solvent-free vacuum metallized pigment (VMP) aluminum suspension designed for leafing, mirror-like metallic effects. It is intended for UV screen, flexographic and gravure printing inks.
Use low-shear mixing to protect the pigment flakes. For initial trials, a 10-25% addition is recommended depending on the required hiding power and metallic effect.
